Over the past three years, my focus has shifted to Anti-Aging Personal Training. My specialties are boosting strength, improving reflexes, increasing reactivity, and speed training for 50+, focused on reclaiming youth, maintaining functionality, and restoring athleticism lost from aging. I work with beginners, those with limitations who need corrective functional exercise, and recreational athletes to help them avoid injury and enhance performance through sport-specific movements.
