Midway Motion and Fitness Events
Midway Gym is committed to providing a welcoming and supportive environment for members to achieve fitness goals and feel a sense of community. To ensure the gym is meeting member needs and continuously building community, we have launched a member-led events team. Midway understands that a gym is not just a place to work out but also a space where members can connect, share experiences, and build lasting friendships.
We have recently launched a monthly member happy hour, book/documentary club, nutrition workshops, etc.

We will meet at 6:00pm and enjoy Music Bingo (Mingo) starting at 7:00pm. We have two tables of ten reserved and the restaurant has confirmed we can have individual checks.
Each month Midway members are welcome to join us for an informal happy hour to get to know each other outside of the gym. The committee always tries to identify a new location to host the gathering during the time when they offer special food and drink. RSVP is not required but encouraged so that the restaurants can properly staff the event.
All Members Are Welcome, and the Event is Complimentary!

Each month Midway members gather to Walk or Run a local 5K to benefit charity. The 5K selected for the month of November is the 3rd Nicola Pizza Run Walk

Join us at the NEW Nicola Pizza for the 3rd Nicola Pizza Run/Walk...A 5k run/walk, organized by the Rehoboth Beach Running Co. and produced by Seashore Strider Event Production, Inc. to benefit the WARRIOR WEEKEND PROGRAM. Enjoy the run/walk on the trails of 5-points before returning to Nicola Pizza for a great after party celebration.
