I have a degree in Exercise Science from Temple University and have been an Exercise Specialist and Sports Performance Coach for 29 years. Over the past three years, my focus has shifted to Anti-Aging Personal Training.
My specialties are boosting strength, improving reflexes, increasing reactivity, and speed training for 50+, focused on reclaiming youth, maintaining functionality, and restoring athleticism lost from aging.
I work with beginners, those with limitations who need corrective functional exercise, and recreational athletes to help them avoid injury and enhance performance through sport-specific movements. My goal is to help aging people discover they still have youthful potential.
Keeping the athleticism that makes us feel young is not about grinding through workouts that feel like chores. It’s about smart movement that’s enjoyable, sustainable, and actually fun—helping you stay strong, mobile, and full of life for the long run.
